Summary: This hotel has a type of nostalgic charm. Checking in was smooth and quick the representative was courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms and reception area was very clean. It was a surprise to find out that breakfast was included with our booking. My family was visiting from out of country and found getting around with public transport was just a short walk away. It was also in close proximity of the Woodbine Center Mall and Woodbine Racetrack and Casino.

Summary: The service at this hotel wasn’t welcoming, which set a poor tone right from check-in. The room itself was not clean, and it was clear that housekeeping standards were lacking. Beyond that, the overall condition of the property felt subpar, with worn-out facilities and a neglected atmosphere. While the location may be convenient, the experience did not live up to expectations. Definitely not worth the price.
